Shipping policy

COVID 19 DELAYS: Delays on orders may occur outside of the normal shipping time. We are shipping as quickly as possible, but many of our manufacturers are experiencing delays. 

 

Most online orders are processed within 10 business days, carefully packaged by hand, and shipped from our shop in Encinitas, California.

All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. When your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number.

*Custom orders, large items, Kobey's Flea Market Finds items and furniture may be subject to different shipping rates. Please inquire about international orders.
Depending on your order’s destination, it may arrive anywhere between 5-10 business days after it has been shipped.

Please double check your shipping address before confirming your purchase to ensure it is complete and your zip code is correct. DIY A GOGO is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, but we will always do our best to help you locate a missing order. The claim for a lost package must be filed by you, the receiver, so that we can follow up with the appropriate shipping carrier on your behalf. You are responsible for any charges incurred in the event that the shipping carrier is unable to complete the delivery and returns your package to us.
